We all get injured—it's just a part of life. But that doesn't mean there aren't ways to reduce chances of injuries from occurring. Like anything else, if you look at something long enough, trends and patterns can emerge. And this is the exact case when it comes to identifying ways we often incur injury. And if you've ever wanted to know some of the more common predictors of physical injury (and what can be done about it), then you're in luck.

So, buckle up, or just sit back and relax (whatever you feel like doing, in all honesty) as I cover four common predictors of injury within the body. Whether you're rather sedentary, a casual weekend warrior, or a high-level athlete, these predictors apply to anyone who inhabits a human body.

From different types of tissue overload (acute or chronic) to previous injury, asymmetrical movement patterns, and sub-optimal motor control, there are numerous ways we can modify, reduce, and even eliminate various types of aches, pains, and injuries that can arise from every day life or athletic pursuits.

And that's what I cover in this episode. So, if you're interested...hit that play button and give this episode a listen!
